支链淀粉是淀粉的多糖组分，其大分子由α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基通过α-(1,4)糖苷键连接成主链，并辅以α-(1,6)糖苷键形成分支结构。每个分子包含300～400个葡萄糖单元呈螺旋形排列，可通过从淀粉乳中拆分获得工业产品。
