定义：阶梯法（Up-and-Down Method）是一种对试样在等间距应力水平下进行顺序测试的统计方法，根据前一样本的失效或未失效结果调整下一样本的应力水平，用于估计平均疲劳强度或临界冲击能量，而无需研究整个分布。通常获得10个或固定数量的失效结果。
