酸洗是一种使用酸性溶液化学攻击并去除污染物颗粒（如腐蚀、氧化皮、熔渣和焊渣）的工艺技术。用于去除铝及铝合金表面氧化层、杂质，或纺织品在加热条件下的剧烈洗涤测试。不含六价铬的铝及铝合金表面处理工艺。
