罗泽-戈特利布原理是一种通过氨性乙醇溶液提取样品，再用乙醚和轻质石油醚萃。詈笳袅蠡蛘舴⒊ト芗敛⒉舛ú辛粑镏柿康闹静舛ǚ椒ㄔ。该方法通过乙醚和轻质石油醚提取含氨乙醇溶液中的测试部分，然后蒸馏或蒸发溶剂，测定提取物质量，也可直接通过乙醚和轻质石油醚提取样品中的脂肪，蒸馏或蒸发溶剂后测定提取物质量，是一种经典的脂肪分析原理。
