阴极剥离是在阴极保护作用下涂层从金属表面剥离的现象。在阴极保护作用下，涂层与基材界面发生粘附失效的腐蚀破坏机制。在阴极保护存在下，涂层因化学反应或电势影响而丧失与金属基材粘附力的现象，导致涂层起泡或脱落。在阴极保护条件下，涂层与金属基体之间发生分离的现象，是评价涂层防腐性能的关键指标。在阴极保护条件下，涂层与金属基底之间发生的分离现象，通常由腐蚀产物积累或渗透引起。在阴极保护条件下，涂层与金属表面分离的现象，主要由pH值环境影响引起，是地下管道涂层常见的变化之一。
