- 本国际标准规定了安全性和互换性要求，以及证明符合集成稳定工作装置的 LED 灯（自镇流 LED 灯）要求的测试方法和条件。这些灯用于家庭和类似的一般照明用途，具有： – 额定功率高达 60 W； – 额定电压 > 50 V 至 250 V； – 符合表 1 的灯头。本标准的要求仅与型式试验有关。整品试验或批量试验的建议与 IEC 62031 附录 C 中给出的建议相同。注意：本标准中使用的术语“灯”应理解为“自镇流 LED 灯”，除非它明显指其他类型的灯。
