- 本国际标准列出了以下主要物种的植物学名称：a)谷类（第 3 章）；b)豆类（第 4 章）；c)其他食用谷物（第 5 章）。注：除了英语和法语（ISO 三种官方语言中的两种）中使用的术语外，本文件还提供了中文和德语的对应术语；这些术语由中国（SAC）和德国（DIN）成员机构负责发布，仅供参考。只有以官方语言给出的术语才能被视为 ISO 术语。它还列出了国际种子测试协会（ISTA）的稳定植物名称。附件中列出了各种常见的植物学名称同义词。
