1.1本标准适用于手持型电动机操作或磁力驱动之电动工具(以下简称工具)的安全规定，工具之额定电压为单相交流或直流不超过250V，三相交流不超过440V。实务上，本标准述及手持型工具所呈现之一般危险，此为所有人在正常使用工具时所会遭遇到的，及误用工具时可能产生的危险。
