热释光是固体材料加热时,除黑体辐射外,由于热激发释放的俘获电荷载流子而产生的光发射现象。该光发射由热激发导致晶格陷阱中储存的能量以光子形式释放。区别于黑体辐射,热释光与固体受辐射作用后以俘获电子形式储存能量并在加热时释放的过程相关。
