烟点是在规定条件下，油品燃烧时不冒烟的最大火焰高度（以毫米计）。具体指在指定设计的灯芯供油灯中燃烧燃料时，无烟雾火焰的最大高度，或在指定测定条件下，油脂被加热至开始连续发蓝烟时的温度。
