脱层是从部件上完全去除涂层材料的过程，常见于制造、修复和回收中；也是涂层与基材或其他涂层之间因缺陷而发生的附着力损失现象；在复合材料中指层间的分离；在胶层与木材界面处发生的分离现象，包括胶层内聚破坏、胶层和木材粘接破坏或木材表层纤维的破坏。
