冷凝水是以液态形式存在的燃烧产物，由水蒸气遇冷凝结而成。在冬季，因室内外蒸汽压差，建筑构件表面或内部可形成冷凝水；在热井中排出的冷凝水，其氧浓度用于评估氧含量；在冷凝过程中，冷凝水从废气中形成，可能含有热井或燃烧过程产生的物质。
