H点是安装在车辆座椅上的3D H装置（模拟人体躯干和大腿）的旋转中心，位于该装置横向中心线上。当H点装置正确放置在车内指定座位位置时，该位置可用作车辆参考点，用于评估座椅和乘坐舒适性，理论上对应R点。
