甲型肝炎病毒（HAV）是小核糖核酸病毒科嗜肝病毒属，单股正链RNA病毒。它是一种引起甲型肝炎的病毒，主要通过粪-口途径传播，感染肝脏引起急性肝炎，具有自限性特点，可通过疫苗预防，是重要的公共卫生问题。
