- 本欧洲标准规定了 14 岁以下儿童服装（包括伪装服和滑雪服）绳索和拉带的要求。在本欧洲标准的范围内，不可能涵盖可能导致服装不安全的所有潜在危险。相反，某些款式/设计的服装中可识别的特定危险可能不会对某些年龄段的人造成风险。建议对任何服装进行单独的风险评估，以确保其不会对穿着者造成危险。本欧洲标准不适用于以下物品（请参阅附件 C 了解理由）：a) 儿童使用和护理用品，例如围兜、尿布和安抚奶嘴架；b) 鞋、靴子和类似的鞋类；c) 手套、帽子、软帽和围巾；d) 设计用于与衬衫或上衣搭配佩戴的领带；e) 腰带，但系带除外，因为它在范围内；f) 背带；g) 宗教服饰； h) 庆祝服装，例如在民事或宗教仪式、全国性或地区性节日中穿着的服装，但这些服装必须在监督下穿着有限的时间； i) 通常在监督下穿着有限时间的专业运动服和活动服，例如橄榄球短裤、潜水服和舞蹈服，但通常作为日装或晚装穿着的服装除外； j) 用于戏剧表演的戏剧服装； k) 在监督下在有限时间内穿在日装外面的围裙，用于在绘画、烹饪或用餐时保护衣物免受污染； l) 包和钱包。
