沸程是初馏点与干点之间的温度间隔，用于衡量有机液体的挥发特性。标准状况（101.325 kPa，20°C）下，液体香料的沸出温度范围通常为116.2°C?±?1.5°C。馏程测量的是在标准大气压下开始沸腾到结束沸腾（或达到特定馏出量）之间的温度范围。
