层次分析法是一种多属性决策分析方法，通过成对比较和层次结构评估项目、产品和过程的总体合意性。其将定量与定性分析相结合，把人的主观判断用数量形式表达和处理，适用于存在不确定性情况及多种评价准则的复杂系统决策。
