静态顶空气相色谱法是一种分析技术，将样品置于密闭瓶中加热，使溶剂挥发至顶空，然后取顶空气体进行分析；通过加热样品瓶使挥发性成分进入气相（顶空），然后抽取气相部分进行色谱分析，用于测定残留苯含量；将柔性包装材料样品置于密封小瓶中，在受控的温度和时间条件下加热使溶剂挥发至顶空，然后取部分顶空气体注入气相色谱仪进行分析。
