过压是指当PV阀泄压时，PV阀入口处的压力超过设定压力的增加量，通常由流体或能量的不平衡积累引起。在电气领域，过压指高于正常工作电压的电压瞬变，包括雷电浪涌、交流电源线感应、地电位升高等。此外，也指施加在手表上的超过环境大气压的压力，用于测试手表的密封性能。
