装载单元是指包含一套新外科缝合钉的补充单元，或包括托盘、滚轮容器等用于运输和存储的单元，其尺寸应基于面积模数或其倍数进行设计以适配物流系统。也可指单独存储的单元，如货架系统中的托盘或装有货物的容器，或货架中的单个箱子或包裹。此外，还指堆叠在托盘上的货物组合如纸箱、袋子等，以及堆拆垛过程中最小的不可分割单元如箱子、瓶子等。
