移动国家代码是国际移动用户识别码（IMSI）的第一个字段，由三位数字组成，用于标识一个国家或一组共享该MCC用于国际服务的网络。MCC由TSB主任管理，其中90x范围内的MCC为非地理性MCC，由TSB主任统一分配。该代码是移动通信网络中识别用户国籍和归属国的基础标识，用于路由呼叫和提供服务。
