电波暗室是一个房间或封闭壳体（屏蔽或非屏蔽），其所有表面都衬有射频（RF）吸收材料，通常用于模拟自由空间条件进行电磁兼容性测试，减少外部干扰影响；内部墙壁、地板和天花板覆盖吸收材料（常为金字塔形聚氨酯泡沫），地板为金属形成接地平面，亦用于电磁抗扰度测试和测量中的屏蔽。
