环境等效剂量是在辐射场中某一深度（如ICRU球体10 mm）处产生的剂量量，符号为H*(10)，用于环境监测和评估飞行人员的照射剂量。它是在扩展和定向辐射场中，沿入射相反半径在ICRU球体内10 mm深度处产生的等效剂量，用于估算有效剂量。
