烘干法是一种通过加热去除样品中水分以测定水分含量的方法，适用于本标准的水分测定。具体操作：将土样在105~110°C下烘至恒量，通过测定失去的水量与干土质量的比值来确定含水率的标准方法；或将木材试件在特定温度下烘干至恒重，以此计算含水量的参考方法。也用于冻土含水率试验和塑料含水量的标准测定。
