洁净度是衡量产品、表面、装置、气体、流体等污染程度的指标。它基于单位面积或体积中污染物的尺寸、数量及分布划分等级，用于医疗房间按空气中菌落形成单位浓度分为A、B、V、Γ等类别。固体表面的状态定义为污染物（颗粒、化学物质）数量被控制在特定水平。
