沉积是物质从大气或液体中转移并积聚到界面上的过程。大气沉积包括干沉积和湿沉积，指痕量物质从空气转移到地表或建筑物等表面；电泳沉积指涂料粒子在水平面上因重力或电场作用形成的不均匀堆积或表面缺陷现象。
