服务特定协调功能（SSCF）是ATM适配层中提供面向连接网络服务的功能实体。作为SAAL的一部分，SSCF将SSCOP提供的服务映射到SAAL用户的需求，协调第三层信令与SSCOP服务，并处理层管理通信。它分为UNI和NNI两种场景，用于同步信令面的信息交互。
