心室颤动是一种具有不规则形态和频率的危及生命的心电图节律。表现为心脏肌肉的无序颤动，而非正常的协调收缩，导致心脏无法泵送血液，可能引发脑损伤和死亡。电流通过人体时引起的心脏危险效应，是导致电击死亡的主要原因。
