定义：培养基质是为植物生长提供支撑、水分和养分的混合物，分为主料和辅料。特征：主料要求使用阔叶树木屑（除含有害物质树种如桉、樟、槐外），新木屑需堆沤2个月以上并翻堆1次，无结块无异味；辅料要求新鲜、洁净、干燥、无虫无霉无异味。应用：用于双孢菇生长的营养基质，由玉米秸秆、稻草、麦秸、畜禽粪等发酵制成。
