商业质量是净质量乘以样品干含量，再除以批准的干商业含量所得的值。指根据通用方法测定或由购买方和销售方协议确定的质量。对于纤维材料，通常基于干质量加上商业化回潮率对应的质量，是货物商业质量的表征，用于发票质量或买卖双方约定的公差比较基准。
