传感元件是传感器中直接感测被测量（如物理量或激活量）并使之转换为光学量或电信号的部分。它可以是光纤传感器中的光纤本身或光路中的光敏元件，其输出呈现预定且可理解的状态，是仪器回路中感知过程变量的首要部分。
