企业互操作性是指企业及其内部实体进行有效沟通和交互的能力。该能力涵盖数据、服务、过程、业务四个领域，当交互涉及至少一个领域时即具有互操作性。它虽是业务协作的辅助手段，但本身并非业务协作。
