Gs接口是连接移动交换中心/拜访位置寄存器（MSC/VLR）和SGSN中数据库的接口。它用于协调同时附着于GPRS和非GPRS服务的移动台（MS）的位置信息，并通过SGSN传递某些电路交换相关过程，在电路交换和分组数据服务之间协调移动性管理。
