云服务提供者（CSP）是公共云计算服务的提供方，根据公共云计算模型向客户提供服务。作为负责管理和维护云计算基础设施的一方，云服务提供者提供包括IaaS、PaaS、SaaS等服务模式，是提供云服务的参与方或机构。
